There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m² or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Card Stocks are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.

We have a variety of paper that we use. For each category we have chosen paper stock best suited for the print products. Besides the most commonly used Gloss / Matte / Ivory stocks we also provide prints on special substrates with metallic / texture finishes. We also offer prints on Natural substrates which are printed on recyclable eco-friendly substrate stocks

Our Digital Printers support CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) for producing digital prints. Files provided in RGB (red, green, blue) or any other format are automatically converted by the digital printers to the CMYK pallet. Since the printing is done in CMYK mode there may be a difference in colour & image quality in final printing as compared to how it is visible on different display devices like monitor, mobile screen etc. if the images uploaded are in RGB mode. Hence it is recommended to work in CMYK to get optimum color results.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file. However print quality of images uploaded depends on the resolution of the files uploaded.

Printing is done on high end Digital presses to ensure optimal print results.

The prices generated by the Price Calculator are the final costs of the products chosen by you. The Price Calculator automatically calculates the price of the product being ordered by you based on your choice of quantity, paper, finishing options etc. Once you enter your pincode the shipping costs are also automatically generated as per your choice of delivery mode. Besides the product and shipping costs, local taxes as applicable are levied on the same. The final cost of the products ordered by you are notified to you during checkout.

In case you have a requirement for any digital print job currently not available for online ordering on our website you can always choose the "Get a Quote" option on the website to get a quote. Kindly give details of your requirement such as quantity, paper stock, fabrication details and also upload referance artwork for the same. Where orders contain multiple items, our production system attempts to consolidate these items into one package for delivery. However, there are circumstances where you may receive your order in multiple deliveries.

We use DTDC for shipments in India. For locations where DTDC do not have a delivery network, we use Indian Speed Post/Registered Post.

1. When you place your order on Reliable Prints, it is typically processed within 1-5 business days. This time is mentioned against each product.
2. Additional time is taken by the courier/postage company. For locations in India it may vary from 1 day to a week.
3. When we ship your order, we will provide you with a Tracking ID, using which you can track the progress of your order shipment with our shipping partner.
4. If you have placed an order for both prints and products, it is possible that they both may be shipped separately.
5. Reliable Prints is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond our shipping carriers control.
